What file types work best?
Vector files such as .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf print the cleanest. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also work if they're sized for print. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll check it.
How long does a retractable banner take?
Retractable banners are produced in 3 business days after you approve your proof. Ground shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that.
Can I get rush production?
Yes. Email sales@featherflagnation.com with your shipping address, the banners you need and your deadline. Rush production is available for an additional cost based on the order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not included.
Can I order just one retractable banner?
Yes. There's no minimum order, so you can order a single banner or a set for every location or booth.
