Single-Sided vs. Double-Sided Vinyl Banners
Single-Sided: Printed on one side, with a plain white back. Best for banners hung flat against a wall, fence or window.
Double-Sided: Printed on both sides, so your message can be read from either direction. To order, add 2 banners of the same size to your cart and write "double-sided" in the order notes at checkout.
Grommets, Pole Sleeves or Hem Only
Grommets (free): Metal rings for zip ties, rope or bungee cords. Add them every 2ft for the most secure hold outdoors, on the 4 corners for lighter use, or along the sides you choose.
Pole Sleeve (free): A pocket sewn along the top, bottom or sides so a pole slides through, sized for a 2" or 3" diameter pole. Best for banner stands, light poles and hanging from a rod.
Hem Only (free): Clean, reinforced edges with no grommets or sleeves.
Grommets + Pole Sleeve: $4.50 for both.

How much does a custom vinyl banner cost?
Custom vinyl banners are priced by size at $2.80 per square foot, starting at $11.20 for a 2ft x 2ft banner. A 3ft x 6ft banner is $50.40 and a 4ft x 8ft banner is $89.60. Grommets or a pole sleeve are included free, and adding both together is $4.50.
Why does the order page show $0.00?
The price updates once you choose your banner size. Pick a size first, then your finishing options, and the total shows before you add it to your cart.
Does the price change if I add photos or more colors?
No. We don't charge by the color, the photo or the amount of text. Pricing is based on the banner size and the finishing options you choose.
Do you offer double-sided vinyl banners?
Yes. Add 2 banners of the same size to your cart and write "double-sided" in the order notes at checkout. We'll produce them as one double-sided banner instead of two separate pieces.
What's the difference between grommets and pole sleeves?
Grommets are metal rings along the edges for zip ties, rope or bungee cords, which works well on fences, walls and building fronts. Pole sleeves are pockets sewn along an edge so a pole slides through, sized for a 2" or 3" diameter pole, which works well on banner stands and light poles. Either one is free, and you can get both for $4.50.
Where should I put grommets on my banner?
Grommets every 2ft give the most secure hold outdoors, especially in wind. For lighter indoor use, grommets on the 4 corners are usually enough. You can also choose grommets on just the top, bottom or sides.
Do vinyl banners come with hardware?
No. Most customers hang vinyl banners with zip ties, bungee cords or existing fixtures. If you need a stand or specific hardware, email sales@featherflagnation.com with where you plan to display your banner.
Can I fold my vinyl banner?
We don't recommend it, because folding leaves creases. Roll your banner loosely with the printed side facing out and store it somewhere cool and dry. If it does wrinkle, see our guide on how to unwrinkle a vinyl banner.
Is the design free?
Yes. Email your wording, logo and ideas to sales@featherflagnation.com and our design team will create your layout at no extra charge.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a free digital proof of every custom vinyl banner and make changes until you're happy with it. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Can I send my own artwork?
Yes. Vector files such as .ai, .eps or high-resolution PDFs work best. JPG or PNG files should be set up at the actual print size. Keep text and important details at least 2 inches from the edges so nothing is cut off during finishing.

Yes. Our custom vinyl banners are printed on waterproof outdoor vinyl made for everyday outdoor use.

Can I return a custom vinyl banner?
Custom vinyl banners are made to order, so we can't accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, email photos and your order number to sales@featherflagnation.com within 5 business days of delivery.
