Description

This Wyoming state 3×5 flag features the silhouette of an American bison on a field of blue bordered with white and red. The blue symbolizes the skies, white represents purity, and red symbolizes Native Americans who lived in the country first and the blood of pioneers who settled the land. The state seal also appears on the bison like branding of livestock, a truly Western custom.
